HSRT membership is open to those individuals associated with the practice, education, or administration of radiation and imaging specialties. An individual shall submit an Application for Membership along with the required fees to HSRT. A membership card will then be issued.

If you are interested in joining HSRT, you can click on the HSRT logo below. You can then fill out the form and print out a copy of the Application for Membership form. After filling out the application, please mail the application with associated fees to the address listed on the application form. Any forms submitted without payment will not be processed.

We currently do not accept membership application nor payment via the internet.

If you are renewing your membership, membership to HSRT expires on June 30th of each year.
